Beatrice is a Chrome extension that allows you to search and chat with an AI about your bookmarks. The Service uses artificial intelligence to process your bookmarks and respond to your questions.
3. User Responsibilities

- Use the Service only for lawful purposes
- Not attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or interfere with the Service
- Not use the Service to process illegal, harmful, or offensive content
- Not attempt to circumvent any rate limits or access restrictions
- Not use automated tools to access the Service beyond normal extension usage
4. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its code, design, and branding, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. Your bookmarks and content remain your property. You grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide the Service.
5. Third-Party Services
The Service uses OpenAI to process your queries. By using Beatrice, you also agree to comply with OpenAI's Terms of Use. We are not responsible for the availability or performance of third-party services.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. AI responses may be inaccurate or incomplete. Do not rely on the Service for critical decisions.
7. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim (if any).

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these terms.
